Potassium Titanate PKT can be used as thermal insulation material, electrical insulation material, catalyst carrier, and filter material. Compared with asbestos, the friction force is reduced by about 50% and the wear is reduced by about 32% as a friction material. Potassium Titanate PKT is suitable for friction materials such as brakes and clutches. After the surface of potassium titanate is treated with Sb/SnO2 for conductivity, Potassium Titanate PKT can be used as a conductive material, or it can be made into a conductive composite material with plastics. Potassium Titanate PKT can also be used as an ion exchange material and adsorbent
